What is it like to grow professionally within a technology company from its beginnings to leading its technical strategy? Today, we learn about the story of César Ortea Suárez, CTO at NeuronUP, whose career is closely tied to the evolution of the product, the team, and the company itself.
César works from the Logroño office and has been part of NeuronUP for 14 years.
He started as an intern and, over time, has worked across different areas of technological development until becoming responsible for the company’s technical strategy.
His story is an example of professional growth, continuous learning, and strategic vision in a technological, innovative, and constantly changing environment.

-What do you do at NeuronUP?
“As the person responsible for technology strategy, my role is to align the business vision with technical execution.
I make sure that our infrastructure is not only reliable and secure, but also scalable enough for technology to act as the engine driving our growth, removing any technical barriers to achieving our goals”.
-How has your career at NeuronUP developed?
“My story at NeuronUP is one of mutual growth. I started as an intern and, since then, have worked across every layer of the product: from activity development and frontend and backend logic to database management and server architecture.
This progression has given me a complete view of the system.
Since becoming CTO, my focus has naturally evolved toward strategically integrating business objectives into the product”.
-What do you like most about your job?
“What I value most is that we are a young team with a shared energy and determination to build a product that not only makes a difference, but also puts us at the forefront of the industry”.
