Technology Development
The Technology Development team designs and builds the platform used by thousands of professionals every day. With an agile, secure, and user experience-centered approach, they create innovative solutions for digital cognitive intervention.
In addition, the Data team transforms data into useful knowledge by applying advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, supporting clinical decision-making and connecting science with professional practice, always with an ethical and privacy-respecting approach.
Content
The Content team develops NeuronUP’s digital and paper-based activities. They design interactive and customizable (therapeutic) materials adapted to different cognitive profiles and difficulty levels, ensuring an effective, varied, and motivating experience.
Neuropsychology
The Neuropsychology team ensures scientific rigor across all our products. They validate exercises, define protocols, and collaborate with clinical and academic institutions, guaranteeing that our platform is based on the latest scientific evidence.
Growth
Sales
The Sales team drives NeuronUP’s growth by building strategic relationships with professionals in the clinical and educational fields who can benefit from the value of our platform in their daily practice.
Customer Success
The Customer Success team supports and guides each client so they can make the most of NeuronUP’s full potential, strengthening the relationship and ensuring their satisfaction. Through active listening and by adapting to each client’s specific needs.
Marketing
The Marketing team’s main goal is to position the NeuronUP brand as an international benchmark in the field of cognitive rehabilitation and neuropsychological assessment. To achieve this, it develops and implements specific Go To Market (GTM) strategies for each type of client (hospitals, nursing homes, corporates, etc.) and carries out digital campaigns covering the entire funnel: acquisition, nurturing, retention, expansion, and conversion. All of this with a creative, innovative, and results-oriented approach.
Revenue Operations
The Revenue Operations (RevOps) department is responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining the processes that drive the company’s revenue. Its mission is to provide structure, tools, and data to commercial teams so they can work efficiently and in alignment. It implements technological solutions and automations that improve the work of teams such as Marketing, SDRs, AEs, or Customer Success. In addition, it ensures the availability of reliable data throughout the funnel to facilitate decision-making and evaluate strategies. Its approach is based on continuous improvement, transparency, and real business impact.


Corporate
Security and Compliance
The Security and Compliance team works to ensure that NeuronUP operates in a safe, efficient environment aligned with current regulations. From the Security and Systems area, they provide the technological tools needed for all of us to work with agility and protection, taking care of the infrastructure and reducing technical risks.
On the other hand, the Regulatory and Legal Compliance area is responsible for implementing and supervising the processes that ensure compliance with key regulations such as information security, data protection, and quality management. Their work guarantees that our products and services are not only innovative, but also responsible and secure.
HR
The Human Resources team is responsible for attracting the talent that makes NeuronUP possible. They look for profiles that share our values, with vocation in their field and a passion for creating impact.
In addition, they work to foster the professional development of every person who is part of our team, offering training, support, and growth opportunities. Frequently asked questions
How long does the recruitment process take?
Taking into account that each opening will have its own particular characteristics, generally, our recruitment processes last between 4 and 5 weeks from the first interview with our Human Resources team to the final decision.

During this time, at NeuronUP we are committed to making your experience as transparent and efficient as possible by keeping you informed of the status of your application at all times.
What is the recruitment process like?
- Apply: Check our list of available positions and apply for the one that best matches your experience, skills, and motivations. Once you complete the form, you’ll be part of the recruitment process!
- First interview: If your profile matches the requested opening and catches the attention of our recruitment team, we will contact you to conduct an initial interview with Human Resources. This first contact will focus on understanding your concerns, aspirations, experience, and training, and on resolving any questions related to NeuronUP and/or the position.
- Interview with the Team Manager: You will have an interview with the Manager responsible for the corresponding Department in order to get to know you better and assess whether you are a good fit for NeuronUP’s culture.
- Business Case: If you are positively assessed to continue in the recruitment process, you will have the opportunity to solve a Business Case within 48 hours. The aim is not to assess whether the proposal is right or wrong, but to understand your competencies and problem-solving skills related to the job position.
Who will I meet during the recruitment process?
During the recruitment process, you will have the opportunity to meet not only the Human Resources team, but also those who may become your future manager and/or department colleagues.

Our team is global. We accept applications from anywhere in the world, as long as the modality (remote, hybrid, or on-site) and schedule are compatible with the specific needs of the position.
