NeuronUP is a limited liability company incorporated in La Rioja by means of a deed executed in Logroño before the Notary Mr Julio Antonio Pernas Tobía, on 4 February 2011, under number 175 of his protocol, registered on 9 February 2011 in the Commercial Registry of La Rioja, Volume 726, Folio 218, Section 8ª, Sheet number LO-14.320, entry 1ª.
NeuronUP is a digital services provider, owner and developer of the web application or SaaS (Software as a Service) solution aimed at professionals called “NeuronUP”, for the rehabilitation and cognitive stimulation of people with cognitive deficits due to various causes (brain injury, dementia, intellectual disability, mental illness, etc.) and children without impairment who need to strengthen attention, memory, planning, etc. in order to improve the acquisition of academic skills.
General Conditions of access to the website and use of the services offered
1. Purpose of the conditions
The following General Conditions (hereinafter, Conditions) govern access to and use of www.neuronup.com and www.neuronup.us (hereinafter “web environment”, “web environments”, “the website”, “the websites” or “the website and the blog”, interchangeably).
NeuronUP suggests that you read the Conditions of these web environments, which describe the terms of access and use applicable to those who visit and browse them, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Spanish regulations.
NeuronUP may modify these Conditions, and it is therefore advisable to consult them periodically in order to be duly informed.
Mere access to these websites does not imply the establishment of any type of relationship between NeuronUP and the user.
NeuronUP cannot guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of all its environments, as this depends on other providers, but, whenever possible, it will give prior warning of interruptions in operation.
2. Access to the website
Access to the websites is free of charge and necessarily and unreservedly implies acceptance of these Conditions.
Certain content and services are only accessible upon prior user registration and subject to the particular conditions of use published here. In addition, the products and services offered may be purchased upon payment and acceptance of their corresponding conditions.
The user accesses any of these environments under their sole responsibility. The purpose of the content and services offered on the website is to disseminate information about the activities carried out and about the products and services offered by NeuronUP.
The user shall be responsible for accessing and correctly using the websites in compliance with applicable law, as well as with the principles of good faith, morality and public order, and undertakes to diligently observe any additional instruction that, in relation to such use and access, may be given to them by NeuronUP. The carrying out of “framing” is expressly prohibited, that is, the use by the user of mechanisms that alter the design, original configuration or content of this website.
3. Accuracy of content
NeuronUP reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, any modification or update to the content and services of the websites, to these Conditions and, in general, to all the elements that make up the design and configuration of the websites and the blog.
NeuronUP will use all the means at its disposal to ensure that the information included in these environments is accurate and up to date, although it cannot guarantee this on a permanent basis.
The inclusion of links to other URLs is for purely informational purposes and does not imply that NeuronUP recommends and/or guarantees such websites, over which it exercises no control, nor is it responsible for their content.
NeuronUP is not responsible for any discrepancies that may arise between the version of its printed documents and the published electronic version.
4. Contracting procedure
- The purchase of products or services through the website is subject to the General Conditions of contracting contained on this website, as well as, where applicable, to any particular conditions that may be established for certain products and services and of which the user will be informed in advance prior to actually contracting them.
The user may access the General Conditions of contracting of each of the services offered through this website at any time during the process of contracting the service in question.
The official version of all contracts is drafted in Spanish. However, we have versions with a courtesy translation into: English, French, Italian and Portuguese (Brazil). In the event of any discrepancy, the prevailing version shall be the one drafted in Spanish.
In any case, in order to contract any of the products or services offered through this website, the user must be over 18 years of age.
During the contracting process, the user will complete the corresponding electronic form with their details, following the instructions received at each moment on screen. Once the form has been completed, they must expressly accept these Conditions and the Privacy Policy published on this website.
Each act of purchase will imply the reading and irrevocable acceptance of the General and, where applicable, particular Conditions of Contracting established by NeuronUP, as well as of the Privacy Policy. - Information subsequent to the conclusion of the contract.
Once the purchase has been made and as soon as possible, before twenty-four (24) hours have elapsed since the execution of the purchase, NeuronUP will send the user by email a receipt of the contracting carried out together with access to the General Conditions of contracting, previously expressly accepted by the user, governing the contracted service, as well as any additional and complementary information deemed to be of interest for its correct performance.
5. Intellectual and Industrial Property
- All the content displayed on the websites and the blog, in particular designs, texts, videos, audio, graphics, logos, icons, buttons, software, trade names, trademarks, drawings or any other signs capable of intellectual and industrial property, belong to NeuronUP or to third-party owners whose use has been duly obtained for their inclusion in these environments.
Under no circumstances shall it be understood that any licence is granted or that any waiver, transmission, or total or partial assignment of said rights is made, nor that any right or expectation of a right is conferred, in particular of alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of said content without the prior express written authorisation of NeuronUP or of the corresponding owners.
In order to establish a link to the NeuronUP website from any other website, the prior express written consent of NeuronUP will be required. - The images incorporated into the website, the blog and the social networks through photographs of NeuronUP, its staff and/or its clients or suppliers have been obtained with the corresponding authorisations and consents and are protected under applicable legislation. The owner and beneficiary of these rights is NeuronUP.
The user accepts that access to the website and its content does not grant them any right over the ownership of these images, nor for their alteration or modification, exploitation, misappropriation or commercialisation, nor to carry out any act of disparagement, confusion, exploitation of reputation or any act of unfair competition that infringes intellectual property rights.
Accordingly, the user undertakes to use this information exclusively for personal use, without uploading it to social networks, and not to carry out, either directly or indirectly, any commercial exploitation of the content, nor any other action that affects the image rights, industrial property and/or intellectual property of their owners, without the express consent of NeuronUP. - NeuronUP is the owner of all intellectual property rights and any other rights related to the implementation and commercialisation of the services offered, the platform on which they operate, as well as the content and resources displayed on the platform, in the plans, on the website and, in particular, designs, texts, graphics, logos, icons, buttons, software, trade names, trademarks, drawings or any other signs capable of industrial and commercial use that are subject to the intellectual and industrial property rights of NeuronUP or of third-party owners whose use has been duly obtained.
The client, by contracting the service, accepts the conditions of the service and, therefore, the terms of the licence established for that purpose in the corresponding clause. For any action in which the client exceeds compliance with the Conditions, they will require prior written authorisation from NeuronUP.
6. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Services
Some of the services offered by NeuronUP may incorporate functionalities based on AI systems, such as conversational assistants or the generation of content such as images, with the aim of optimising processes and improving the quality of the service offered to the Client. Under no circumstances will AI systems prohibited by applicable regulations be used.
NeuronUP will maintain appropriate human supervision mechanisms and will act in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 13 June 2024, on Artificial Intelligence, and other applicable regulations.
7. Commitments and Responsibilities
- NeuronUP undertakes not to engage in misleading advertising. To this end, formal or alphanumeric errors that may be found throughout the content of the various sections of the website shall not be considered misleading advertising.
- NeuronUP is not responsible for the illegitimate use that an unauthorised user may make of the brand names, product names and trademarks that, whether or not owned by NeuronUP, appear on the website. Nor is it responsible for the integrity, accuracy and lawfulness of the content of the links to the websites that may be accessed from the website.
- NeuronUP undertakes not to send advertising or promotional communications by email or any other equivalent means of electronic communication without identifying them as commercial communications and without them having been previously requested or authorised by their recipients, in accordance with the provisions of applicable regulations.

- NeuronUP will adopt all the measures within its reach to prevent actions contrary to Spanish regulations and will cooperate with the competent Authorities in identifying those responsible for actions that may constitute violations of the laws applicable to this website.
- When browsing NeuronUP’s environments, your browser may produce advertising notices that appear suddenly (pop-ups). These have most likely been produced by other websites that you have previously visited or by third-party programs installed on your device. NeuronUP does not recommend products or services that appear in such pop-up notices on your screen while you visit its website, nor is it responsible for their appearance.

8. Blog
This website has a section called “blog”, the purpose of which is the dissemination of scientific content on cognitive neurorehabilitation based on the latest evidence obtained through the use of NeuronUP, as well as outreach in the field of psychology, neuropsychology and neuroscience by expert staff in the subject.
Comments on the blog allow users to express their opinions. By accessing this service, the user declares that they know and accept the privacy policy and the rules of use established for that purpose. NeuronUP is not responsible for users’ opinions.
Every user of the blog comment service undertakes to:
- Maintain respectful conduct when using this service.
- Not use offensive or slanderous language.
- Not violate applicable legislation.
- Not publish commercial messages.
- Not send repeated and indiscriminate messages that may cause a degradation of the service.
- Ensure that comments keep to the topics proposed in each post.
NeuronUP reserves the right to delete and/or modify comments that contain inappropriate language, spam or other inappropriate conduct, or those that do not contribute to making the blog a space for opinion, reflection, communication and calm, free and friendly debate.
9. Use of Social Media
For the dissemination of its activity and corporate purpose, NeuronUP uses various social networks. Access to and use of these profiles requires the user to accept the terms of use of each platform. Nevertheless, NeuronUP informs the user that:
- NeuronUP’s official pages on Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and any other social network it uses are owned and managed by NeuronUP, which is responsible for their administration.
- The user shall be solely responsible for the information, images, opinions, allusions or content of any kind that they communicate, host, transmit, make available or display through NeuronUP’s official pages on said social networks.
- NeuronUP may not be held responsible for the content published by users, for the consequences of which the sender thereof is entirely responsible.
- The privacy policy that NeuronUP applies on these social networks is the same as the one published on its own website. Likewise, the user is informed that, by registering on each platform, they also accept the privacy policy of the corresponding social network.
10. Terms of use of the chat and WhatsApp
The purpose of these communication channels is to establish a direct route to NeuronUP for handling general enquiries, support, speeding up procedures and commercial acquisition through the use of virtual assistants and human agents. At no time is interaction between users facilitated.
Service hours
The human support service will be operational from Monday to Friday during working hours (mainland Spanish time). The virtual assistant will be active in an automated manner 24 hours a day.
Rules of conduct and responsibility
The user undertakes to maintain respectful conduct. NeuronUP is not responsible for the opinions or comments made by participants.
Disclaimer of liability for automation (AI)
The user acknowledges that they are interacting with an automated assistant. NeuronUP makes its best efforts to guarantee the accuracy of the system, but is not responsible for any unintentional errors or misinterpretations generated by Artificial Intelligence. Final offers and conditions will always require formal confirmation by a human agent.
Cancellation of the service
NeuronUP reserves the right to monitor messages in order to analyse enquiries and improve the quality of the service. Likewise, these channels may be cancelled at any time, either by decision of NeuronUP or if fraudulent and improper use thereof is detected.
Providers
NeuronUP informs that:
- The chat service is managed through Intercom R&D Unlimited Company.
- The WhatsApp channel is enabled through the tool of WhatsApp Ireland Limited. By using this application, the user confirms that they have previously accepted its Terms of use and its Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea#privacy-policy-eea.
11. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
Any relationship between NeuronUP and the user shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation.
As these are services aimed at professionals, for the resolution of any questions, disputes or litigation that may arise regarding the interpretation, application, performance or breach of the provisions of this Legal Notice or of the contracting of the services, NeuronUP and the user agree to expressly submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Logroño (La Rioja, Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
