September is back and with it comes a new exercise for children. Guess the Face, an activity to identify emotions.
What does it consist of?
This is a worksheet in which a situation is presented with one or more characters and one of them has his or her face covered. The objective is for the child to identify which emotion is shown by that character and to point it out in the emoticon options shown.
In this case we have decided to work with emoticons, and not real faces, to simplify and emphasize the characteristic features of each feeling, sensation and emotion. Obviously, this must then be translated into reality with other worksheets such as What is the Best Thing to Do?
