Today we present to you an activity to work on emotions with children! Working on emotions and mood states is fundamental for everyone and should be cultivated from childhood. What are they feeling? is a perfect worksheet for that.
What does it involve?
Children will have to identify what type of feeling the person shown in the photo has and analyze which words best match the photos.

What does this activity work on?
- Social cognition. The images contextualize a situation to help the child better understand the reasons the character may have for feeling that way.
- Vocabulary. We also take the opportunity, in addition to working on emotions with children, to train vocabulary related to this topic. Besides knowing how to identify mood states, it is essential to be able to name them in order to express them and make ourselves understood by others.
